Foot Care Plus, LLC is a provider for patients with the following medical insurances: Tricare (all), Medicare (all), Humana (all), Cigna (all), and Blue Cross/Blue Shield (all).  If there are some insurances that you are not sure, please call us at (816) 434-5906.  We also accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Care Credit, Debit, Checks, or Cash.  We also provide payment plan to help decrease the burden of medical cost.
